Return product

The product did not work for me unless I used it wrong I don't know. I really can't afford this so I returned it. You should have received it by Monday. I had called and told them that I was sick in bed and could not return it until the day it was supposed to be received. I'm sorry but good luck to your company

Don't like the system but they keep charging me

Be very careful about what you order and the return policy. They give you a teaser rate, but you have to be sure the system is returned within 30 days for any reason.

If not, they charge $62 every month for four consecutive months on top of what you already paid. Tried to reach customer service by phone and only got a recording and then a hang up. Then tried "chat" but no response to my inquiry. Finally got a response via email.

But the person wouldn't budge no matter what I tried for a refund. Willing to return the system but they will not take it back. The system works ok but does not come anywhere near what you see in the photos (obviously they are models and the photos are touched up).

Used the system for a few times but then lost interest. Note to company:

You CANNOT get in touch with people - even if you hold for hours.

Eventually, the system will say, "Your phone # is ______. We'll call you back within 72 hours..." and the system hangs up on you.

99% of the time they don't call back.

The BREEZE is a wonderful product - BUT - DON'T EXPECT TO GET THE RESULTS YOU SEE ON TV WITH IT'S "COVERAGE CAPABILITIES" WITH JUST THE TWO BOTTLES OF FOUNDATION (FOR MIXING COLORS) SENT WITH THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE.

You end up spending a LOT MORE MONEY than you realize by the time you buy all the EXTRAS that MIGHT work!

If you have redness - you need the green "prism corrector" (they have "green", "yellow", "pink"...);

If you have wrinkles - you need the "primer";

If you have wrinkles - you probably need the "Eraser", too;

If you want it to last all day - you need the "Sealer" (which IS impressive!.;

If you have sun damage (dark spots) - you need one of their heavier foundations.

Foundations - they have multiple ones.

IT TAKES FOREVER AND IT'S PRICEY TO FIND THE RIGHT FOUNDATION FOR YOUR SKIN & AIR BRUSH SYSTEM.

And then 95% of the Customer Service People aren't nice - in fact, some are downright NASTY and RUDE.

Overall - Air Brushing IS great, the BREEZE IS quite easy to use (takes some practice, though).

BUT IS IT WORTH ALL THE HASSLES?

1. DEALING WITH SOME NASTY CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE WHO JUST HANG UP ON YOU BECAUSE THEY "HAVE THE POWER" TO?;

2.DEALING WITH PEOPLE WHO DON'T WANT TO SPEND THE TIME/EFFORT WITH YOU, WHEN THE REAL ISSUE IS BECAUSE THEY DON'T KNOW THEIR PRODUCT VERY WELL;

3. DEALING WITH PEOPLE WHO DON'T HAVE THE ABILITY TO UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU NEED;

4.

SPENDING LOTS OF MONEY ON "SHIPPING & HANDLING" + EXTRA PRODUCTS YOU'RE NOT SURE WILL WORK?

I DON'T THINK SO.

And I'm a 69 year old woman who worked in the Studios for 32 years, working with some of the BEST Make-Up artists in the World.

Being in the Studios? You have to have a VERY GOOD temperament - so I know the "issues" I've had dealing with their Service People is NOT on my end.

I'm not a Make-Up artist - but I learned a lot being around Hair and Make-Up Departments.

There are easier companies to work with - and in the long run, it's a happier experience.

I canceled my trail (which I don't remember clicking on ) in Feb. Still rec items monthly Their hours of operation are 9-5 and no weekends so I have no way of contacting them. I'm so angry I am just going to cancel my credit card.

I saw a payment of $69.99 on my account on when I call I was told that they dont see it but it is on my account from 5-20-22 so I would like to know why on I would like it to go towards my account and when it is done then I will un freeze my credit card I did call on get this number to email you people the number is 405**** so please let me know when it goes to my account thank you
