Same thing happened to me! I didn't find out about the $300 until I called to return the kit before the 30 days.

I was so PISSED! Now I'm trying to return it, and their website SUCKS for returns. Whatever I clicked on, I got a message saying, "congratulations, we're stretching out your payments." WTF???

Now I've been holding for 10 minutes and I'm not going to hang up until I talk to someone. This is the worst scam, and they should be forced out of business for shady tactics.

Terrible customer refund policy

I mistakenly made two orders on the Internet and cancelled the first one at least I thought I did. Received both orders and both were deducted from my checking account plus shipping and $1,00 each order to see if card was good did not get refund on the $2.00 either. I sent back 2 Sealants $12.99 each and two Blushes $9.99 each. I called and told them about the mistake but no refund was made to my account. I disputed the items I sent back and the money was returned temporary until Luminess informed the bank and bank reversed the funds for one item. The items were returned on October 24, 2016. Luckily I bought ins on these items I mailed back other wise I would not get a refund. I have found a couple of other companies I've ordered makeup from and at a better price and better service. So this is to let people know there are other companies on the Internet with lower prices. I have two systems from Luminess and ordered a lot of makeup from them and get this kind of service no thank you! Pissed customer

Thought I was buying a gift for my granddaughter. Did not know this was so expensive.

They continue to send stuff and charge more. Have any of you notified the attorney generals office? This is surely a scam. My daughter is trying to deal with them.

And what is this beauty club?

They are charging me every month for the club. I do not even wear makeup.

Caused pain in eyes.!

used my luminess first time time friday afternoon,,,, as the day went on my eyes started burning and running, Buy friday night my eye where red burning and watering, It appears I have a reaction to the makeup. I did even close my eyes when working around my eyes ( yet they tell you to keep your eyes open.) This whole weekend my eye are still burning and running. I called the customer service and they say I must have gottin something in my eye, DUH! They said they will extend my trail another 30 days??? what about paying the doctor bill and ruin my weekend. Company should WARN people this could happen, but they tell people to keep their eyes open?? I was hoping they would atleast cover the doctor bills, but they even want me to pay for the return. I was told this never happens, well.......

I had the same issue with my eyes. Didn't have a problem before using Luminesse Air.

I remembered also, the lady on the video said, "You don't even have to close your eyes." Went to an ophthalmologist. Had to get 2 medications to use daily.

I agree and understand your upset. However, when you are posting ANYTHING that may be viewed by people you don't know, it is very careless and dangerous to be posting your addresses, phone numbers, and any other information about yourself or anyone else.

I understand that in a position of anger, frustration, or desperation of finding a solution to a problem or dealing with a delinquent company it might be tempting to overlook something like this. But it's not worth it.

You should remove the home addresses from this post ASAP. It's accessible to anyone online.

I order something from them every 3-4 months, sometimes it takes 2-3 days, but I've had an order take up to 3-4 weeks. They do say on the recording when you call in, "Your order can take up to 6-7 weeks based on what their volume of sales are" What you can do is go to their website, on their home page scroll to the bottom, you can do live chat or there is several options billing, customer service, BUT first try the box that says other inquiries, it will give you an option "Track" if you click on that all you need is her phone # and zip code.

You ca find out EXACTLY were it is.

They ship with FED EX so you can try them as well once you get a tracking #.

They need help

I like the product , but customer service and billing is a mess! My stylus broke after one month and have been waiting 2 mo for a replacement. waited on hold w customer service for 45 min before getting disconnected .... and again for another 30 on different day , and finally reached someone nice today. So i told her .....The product bottles break off where they should screw back on , and that makes the product dry out because you cannot seal it. I think they need to take a look at all these issues. Including the bogus baby charges that are called validation charge?? I've been way over charged.... and it still isn't functional! As a makeup artist and photographer, model and actress. I think they have a good product with really poor business management all the way around.

my bottles have broken too. I have been trying to get another replacement.

Why keep something that you have only had in your possession for less than 24-48 hours and turnaround and by it again, only for that product to break too.

I have asked how to preserve it but get no answer. idk.

Unfortunately you can read the fine print and you pay for the trial. The fine print says nothing about restocking fees or that you never see a return if you send it back.

Nor that you joined a club. And the payments . Well when they email the receipt they are more than was stated in the fine print. so retuning the product does not good..

They have you Credit card number and keep on going. You hear a new story and price every time they sent something. And there is not much of any way to stop them according to my bank short of cancelling my credit card which I need. It takes awhile to get a new one..

Also the bank informs me they have at times been able to push payments through after you turn down charges on you card proving to the bank you sent it back called them.. Oh the restocking fees are huge.. and right now after the info commercial scammed people they toss a sale and it is half what they charged. They are so far thing I owe 400.00 and I only have the basic kit I sent back?

They lie, cheat and ***. I have a receipt stating I paid the first trial price . It came off the web site. I got one in the email.

Surprise I owed much more than was stated in fine print. I returned not a dime back in months. And they sent a letter telling me when they would draw the 79.00 payment plus when they would send more makeup. They do not quit.

short of closing my bank account there seems to be no answer and my pay check is on auto deposit and most of my bills are auto draw..

so i'm glad your are happy.. it appears I am ripped off 480.00 worth so far.

Happend the same here I order the system and my credit card got charge two or three times in one day and then I had to pay duty and taxes when it arrive , but wait is not done yet , when I went to used it the machine keep spraying chunks of make up and not even sprays and then the trigger broke , now I want a refund and return and they are telling me the try out is not refundable even do I only had it for 24 hours and broke . The costumer service is garbage

Mine constantly sprays make up. The button does not shut it off. I will never purchase any products from your company again. You make it look like such a deal and it's nothing but suck money...
