They often take money from my account without permission
I just wanted to buy a trial product and I received a box of the product from you. I still have it and haven't used it yet.
On October 5, I saw that you automatically withdrew money from my card $49.37 (1 of4) ???, I did not order your product. I just want the product to try, then you send yourself a product package that includes many things and then automatically withdraw money from my card. I do not agree, please return my money.
You advertise and sell trial products and only pay for shipping, but then you withdraw money from me and I don't know what it is? In short, please give me my money back.

To let everybody know about Luminess Air and how they just know how to take hard-working people's money
I wanted buy this product if you paid me and i you gave it to me free I'd send it back to you. My shade was never right so you can go to there site and try colors to see if its a match well that part of their website is always down.
I wanted this product soooo bad I didn't eat to save money because you see I'm a single parent on a fixed income because I am disabled and in a wheelchair and wanted to feel good about myself, because God knows I don't feel good about myself. So after I bought this Luminess Air they came out with another one I forget the name of it know but its on the website I believe they knew there was a problem with Luminess Air so they had there inventor make this other one, they wouldn't even give my money back if I returned it it was one (1) day pass the return date and they couldn't make an accession, *** that how they make there money they even sent me a trail foundation to see if it would match and it was expired would anyone put an expired product on their face, not this women,Don't buy it your
