I had the same problems, tried to cancel and all they did was take my phone and promised to call me back. That was in January of 2018 I have lost my credit card so I close out my credit card and was asked by my bank if if I wanted any payments from the old card to be processed on the new one.

I said no. I thought that would take care of the Luminess Air, if they wanted my money they need to send me one that works. However in June I noticed a payment from luminous air in the amount of 53.48 and it said third payment of four. I looked back at my credit card statements and found a payment of 53.84 in May and another in April for 72.84.

I asked my bank why the streets went threw when Luminous air did not have that card number, I was told they realized I had a relationship with that merchant. So beware closing an account does not work.

Plus they advertised after the first payment the would only be additional payments of 39.99. Do not by the product.
