I order the trial to try it out receive the product and it doesn’t work then they sent me a replacement but only sent one part which did not work as well which took 10 days to come. Therefore I was fed up and just returned everything on June 2 had so far they have not returned my money and they are still taking out 54.95 out of my account even though I called them and let the company know i returned it and.

And now they solution is since I lost the receipt to pay half the balance of 110$ when I never even got to try out the product since it didn’t work when delivered after already paying 29.99 for trial never got to try 12.60 for return of the package they state have not received yet and 55.00 for first payment that was automatically deducted from my bank account and the post office say they don’t keep record but I have the post office deduction from my bank account which luminess will not accept
