my payment was late I've been received an email from luminess stating that to keep my account good standing I was I could to make a minimum payment of $20 instead of the payment that was due I opted to do that so I checked the $20 box and I updated my payment info and made the $20 payment. They took $65 from my account. When I called them the lady said well at least your paid off and hung up on me. Isn't that stealing, not to mention fraud.

Because the delivery service sucks and I never received my package today and I'm upset

I highly recommend this makeup I love the product it's beautiful it's the best product ever but the delivery service I still haven't received my makeup my airbrush that I've been waiting for delivery was today and never showed

Had to leave message didn’t talk to anyone

I returned unused makeup did not feel it would be worth it sent it back and a month later u are billing me two times!!I did not use or want it and I returned it but still u charged me 3 payments when I sent it back!!!I want a full refund!

I have called a year ago to have the automated refills (which are all different colors that do not match my color). many of the packages I received were smashed and contents spilled in the package.

I called over a year ago to discontinue the automated withdrawal for this product from my account. It WAS NEVER DONE! I have discussed this again today 09/24/2020 and told it will be done today and I will receive an email. I WILL CHECK MY ACCOUNT NEXT MONTH and hopefully, it will have been removed.

User's recommendation: Dont do the auto mail makeup =-you won't get what you ordered if you do it will be damaged and unusable.

Bad experience

I called the toll free number to order the airbrush. My phone call was interrupted, on my end, by an emergency call so I hung up. The next day, the company called me and asked me why I hung up. I explained what happened and they asked me if I would be interested in the product if they dropped the price; that is when I found out the actual cost. I told the person that I was not aware of the price and that is not what the commercial stated for the price. I told the person that I was not interested and that I was at work and needed to get off the phone. She replied that I should not have answered the phone if I was that busy.

Products returned they keep trying to charge me.

I returned all the products back to luminess over 6 weeks ago. They said they have not received the products back. They have a lot of every call I have made to them they can see I was upset with them since the first day I received the airbrush. They sent the wrong colors of foundation. I called they said they would send out the right shade of foundation. I received the foundation and it was the wrong colors again. I called them again and told them I was returning everything that I was not going to go this every month for foundation. I pack up everything and returned it that day.

Make payment information available on website. It’s almost like they don’t want you to know how much you’ve paid or owe so they can keep charging.

Charged my card 2 months after canceling

My niece bought the Luminess. Air machine and was disappointed with it and cancelled any further orders 2 months later they with drawled 97.79 from my account but claims they can't find where and purchase was made or cancelation so they can't refund even tho I sent them a copy of my bank statement where they took it out I believe that should have been enough but still they refused me.
