Luminess Air - Don't buy the trial kit from Luminess
Purchased the tv special trial kit from Luminess Air.After one use I decided it takes far too long to apply and they start sending more makeup long before it is needed.
Problem this month was, I received notification from PayPal of unauthorized use of my account so it was frozen pending investigation. It is in sync with my Ebay account so it was frozen as well. I received my bill from Paypal today and they have billed me for the makeup I have already sent back as well as for another payment of 62.94. The customer service rep told me the Luminess system itself is actually $300 and the makeup they send too quickly is 35.00 a bottle.
Nowhere on the tv ad did they say you had to pay more for the system and no where in the shipment box was there any information referring to more charges to your account for the system.
Now they tell me I have to send the system back and I do NOT get a refund for the trial kit I have already paid for.This appears to be fraudulent business practice.
