They are stealing money from me. I called to cancel then emailed and still got a make-up supply sent and was charged 31.90.
They say it was a 60 day supply........but I have received a kit EVERYMONTH and charged! Now I'm trying to get them to refund my last make-up shipment. Seriously.....a big hassle and waste of money.
Very bad customer service if you ask me.
I feel like its about getting money out of people and not making them satisfied with their product. What company doesn't let you cancel an order over the phone?!?
