I meant that they didnt send to the new address.as they dont read your emails for 5 days after you send it.
oh and dont call customer service as they dont understand english. their customer service is the worst ever. I have never been soo pissed with a company over their customer service as this one. ordered over a month ago and still havent received the makeup.
at this point I just want my money back. but I am sure they are getting ready to charge me again.
i just sent them an email try ing to find out how to get my money back.but I am sure it will take them forever to get back to me.
