I called over 2 months ago to cancel my Make-Up Club2 membership. I purchased the Luminess Air as a gift and did not want to continue to pay over $35/month.
I was told it would be canceled and given a confirmation number. I noticed today that my credit card is still being charged. (Today is Oct. 1) I tried to call again this morning and their customer service line is not functioning, so I got online and tried to "chat" with a representative.
Nobody ever responded. I think their products are fine. My friend for whom I purchased it loves it.
But, their customer service is NOT good. I'm sure if I were wanting to purchase something else, they would be much more attentive.
