I called the toll free number to order the airbrush. My phone call was interrupted, on my end, by an emergency call so I hung up. The next day, the company called me and asked me why I hung up. I explained what happened and they asked me if I would be interested in the product if they dropped the price; that is when I found out the actual cost. I told the person that I was not aware of the price and that is not what the commercial stated for the price. I told the person that I was not interested and that I was at work and needed to get off the phone. She replied that I should not have answered the phone if I was that busy.
User's recommendation: Verify actual cost and record it.

I order the trial to try it out receive the product and it doesn’t work then they sent me a replacement but only sent one part which did not work as well which took 10 days to come. Therefore I was fed up and just returned everything on June 2 had so far they have not...

Hello You have to call them at luminess to get your tracking number. A machine will ask you questions and just pick your option and they will give it to you. It's Very important that you do not throw away your tracking number until you know for sure they received the package, because they will try to say that you never sent it and they will keep charging your credit or debit card.
