This is a company that charges you amounts for goods you do not get and did not order. I did not receive anything that was charged to me and I do thing this is a bogus company. If I were to rate this company I would give it the worst rating there is, their products are also not what they are advertised to be

Cancel order and future shipment

Called three times pressed the number 3 and no one answers and phone then disconnect. I need someone to call me at 336-501-****. I'm getting frustrated in trying to talk to someone.

I have tried again and again and again to get this company to get rid of the auto order; however, literally every single time I order there is an auto order to charge me more money no doubt?! It is somewhat of a decent product, but I will not order it under their circumstances which are order more under our circumstances!

Terrible product for the price

Return the product cant get luminess to send me a return label . They try to convince you to continue to use the product . They say the product they send you are full size products and it is basically 1 part product to 9 parts water . Im just not happy at all with there products nor there customer service department.

User's recommendation: Don’t purchase this product it is not worth the money , the product they send is mostly water ! It takes a lot of the oproduct to get complete coverage and they want you to continue to use only there products in the machine and they are way overpriced for the amount of product you receive . And when you try to return the product they want send you a return label

My wife doesn't like it

She said she put it on and after a half hour it started to clump up on her face in places and separated in other places showing her skin. She tried all ways of using it and it never worked out for her. She just doesnt want to deal with it. She said it just didnt work for her and she wanted to return it.

Canceled Subscription

I needed to cancel my subscription today because I have plenty of product in stock (I dont use it daily). I wanted to fully cancel my subscription until I require more product/make up.

The customer service representative, Alexandria, was very helpful & offered a monthly discount to continue my subscription, but I declined. She also informed me of the basic subscription for a monthly fee of $6-$7, but I declined that as well. When I begin a subscription again in the future, I will likely start with the basic subscription so that I dont develop a surplus stock.

My only complaint about my experience today is that Alexandria was difficult to hear/understand. She may have been speaking too fast &/or too close to the mouthpiece, causing it to be slightly muffled.

I want to see if I can trade my luminous spray and make up for the tanner spray since I didn't like the make up spray. Nor did I get my free attachment for my hair either.
