THIS IS THE BIGGEST JOKE ON THE CONSUMER....

THE AUTO SHIPMENT REALLY SUCKS.....

I JOINED IN JULY ON 2014 WITH NO PROBLEMS WAS SET UP FOR AUTO SHIP I CANCELLED IN JAN OF 2015

I MOVED IN MARCH OF 2015 SO WITH THE AUTO SHIP CANCELLED NEVER THOUGHT ABOUT IT AGAIN...

I WAS SUPPOSEDLY SENT 4 SHIPMENTS TO OLD ADDRESS FROM WHICH I MOVED AND HAD ALREADY CANCELLED AUTO SHIP. THEY WERE SENT OUT IN JULY, AUGUST, NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER....

MY HUSBAND PAYS THE BILLS AND DIDNT NOTICE THE CHARGES BUT WHEN I LOOKED AT THE PAST BILLS THEY WERE THERE... GO FIGURE.. WELL I CONTACTED THEM AND THEY WERE KIND OF NICE AT FIRST RESEARCHING THE ISSUE BUT AND I SAY BUT

THEY SAID THAT THEY PUT ALL 4 SHIPMENT CREDITS BACK ON MY ACCOUNT... THAT WAS COMPLETELY WRONG ALSO.. THE NEXT PERSON I SPOKE TO SAID THE CREDITS WERE DONE ON JAN 12 AND A FEW DAYS LATER THE REST OF THE BALANCE WAS ADDED BACK TO CARD... CALLED BARCLAYS AND THEY SAID THEY ONLY PROCESSED AMOUNT OF 83.90 AND NOT 167.60.

STARTED DISPUTE WITH CC AND THEY NEEDED DOCUMENTS SO I FAXED THEM APPROX 10 PAGES... HAVE CALLED CREDIT CARD PEOPLE SEVERAL TIMES

HERE IS THE KICKER IN THE BUTT YOU NEED TO FAX OVER THE SAME DOCUMENTS FOR EACH SHIPMENT THAT YOU ARE DISPUTING..... BET YOU DIDNT KNOW THAT AND NEITHER DID I NOR DID THEY TELL ME SO NOW I HAVE TO REFAX ALL DOCUMENTS TO CC AGAIN...

I LOVE THE MAKE UP DONT GET ME WRONG....

I NEED TO ORDER MORE BUT WILL NOT DO SO UNTIL THIS IS FIXED

I WOULD TAKE MAKE UP FOR THE REMAINING BALANCE THAT THEY OWE ME... BUT I WANT IT AT THE ONLINE SALE PRICES...

WHERE I WORK I WORK WITH HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE EACH DAY WORS OF MOUFHT IS THE BEST WAY TO PROMOTE BUSINESS.. I GET LOTS OF COMPLIMENTS ON MY MAKE UP... BUT GUESS WHAT I TELL THEM?????? CAN YOU GUESS?????

I WILL LET YOU THINK ON WHAT I ACTUALLY TELL THEM AND YOU MAKE YOUR OWN DECISION....

OH AND DONT PUT THAT AUTO RESPONSE TO THIS SINCE I HAVE CONTACTED YOU GUYS NUMEROUS TIMES TO GET THIS RESOLVED.. WITH NO AVAIL...ONLY CONTCT ME IF YOU ACTUALLY HAVE A REASONABLE SOLUTION

Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of luminess customer support and auto shipment and associated monetary loss in the amount of $84. Luminess Air needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.

The one you keep referring to in Jan of 2015 never showed up to the address of wildwood road Maryville tn

Look further down at the invoices ending on 03 and 04 you will see 1 credit for 83.80 dated January 12 2016 ...;;; how can I be refunded for something in January of 2015 and the product was billed in July August November and December of 2015?

No after numerous call to your reps I was told it was cancelled in January of 2015........I have the statement you sent me showing the supposed credits to my card but according to my card company there was only 1 credit done back to my credit card on January 12 I can provide the statements if needed to prove it has not been credited to my account.......

The charges I am disputing are if you auto ship EVERY 4 months that means I would have gotten January, May, August, and December as it shows you shipped out July August November and December that is not every 4 months to begin with....Look at your billing for July 2015 August 2015 November 2015 and December 2015...I DID GET CREDIT ON the shipment for July and August

Since your move in March of 2015, there were 2 club shipments sent out. Unfortunately, Luminess Air was not notified of your move until January 2016. As the address changes are done with the United States Postal Services, we proceeded with a USPS claim form for your package and refunded back to your card. There are 2 refunds that were posted to your account in the amount of $83.80.
